The soup stock used is a special blend made by Todorokiya, a wholesale dried food store in Renjakucho, Kawagoe City.At Sukinabe Torimoto, many of the ingredients are sourced locally, mainly from Kawagoe, and are actually used in the dishes.The vegetables used in the hotpot are also grown in our own garden.Please try Sukinabe Torimoto's signature dish, Tama Shamo.
